Command Center
The Admin Portal home page — real-time dashboards for operations, finance, customer metrics, and vertical-specific performance across the entire DramWell platform.
Overview
The Command Center is the first page you see when you log in to the Admin Portal. It aggregates the most operationally important metrics from across all DramWell verticals — active organizations, revenue, system health, and vertical performance — into a set of focused dashboards. Each dashboard is scoped to a specific domain so the relevant team member can get to signal without wading through noise.
Key Concepts
Dashboard — A named view composed of metric cards, charts, and data tables. Dashboards are read-only; they reflect live or near-live data from the platform.
Vertical — A DramWell product line (DramGuest, DramPulse, DramTrade, FieldGenius). Each vertical has its own performance summary on the Vertical Dashboard.
Date Range — Most dashboards support a date range selector. The default is the current calendar month. Changes to the date range persist for the duration of your session.
Available Dashboards
Operations Dashboard
Accessible via Command Center > Operations. Provides a real-time view of platform health and activity:
| Card | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Orgs | Total organizations with at least one active user in the last 30 days |
| New Sign-Ups | New organizations created in the selected date range |
| API Request Volume | Total API calls across all services, charted over time |
| Error Rate | Percentage of API requests returning 4xx or 5xx responses |
| Job Queue Depth | Number of background jobs pending execution |
| Webhooks Delivered | Total webhook events sent and their success/failure split |
Finance Dashboard
Accessible via Command Center > Finance. Covers revenue and billing metrics:
- MRR — Monthly Recurring Revenue, broken down by plan tier
- ARR — Annualized run rate
- New Revenue — MRR added from new subscriptions in the period
- Churned Revenue — MRR lost from cancellations or downgrades
- Outstanding Invoices — Total unpaid invoice value by age bucket (0-30, 31-60, 60+ days)
- Payment Failure Rate — Percentage of renewal attempts that failed
Customers Dashboard
Accessible via Command Center > Customers. Focuses on organizational and user growth:
- Organization count by status (Active, Trial, Suspended, Cancelled)
- New customer acquisition trend
- User count per vertical
- Trial-to-paid conversion rate
- Support ticket volume and average first response time
Vertical Dashboard
Accessible via Command Center > Verticals. Shows a card per vertical with its key performance indicators:
- DramGuest: QR scans, guest profiles created, SMS delivered
- DramPulse: Appointments booked, cancellation rate, new clients
- DramTrade: Jobs completed, average job value, technician utilization
- FieldGenius: Active field users, GPS check-in rate, invoice close rate
Click any vertical card to drill into its dedicated analytics view.
Navigating the Command Center
Use the left sidebar to switch between dashboards. The Refresh button in the top-right of any dashboard fetches the latest data. Most metrics update every 5 minutes automatically; the Last Updated timestamp shows when the data was last refreshed.
Hover over any metric card to see a tooltip with the calculation method and data source. Click a card to open a detail panel with a 90-day trend chart and a breakdown table.
Tips
- Pin your most-used dashboard to the top of the sidebar via Settings > Preferences > Default Dashboard.
- The Finance Dashboard's Outstanding Invoices table links directly to the customer's billing record for one-click follow-up.
- The Operations Dashboard's Error Rate chart is the fastest way to detect an API regression after a deployment. Bookmark it and check it after every production release.
