DramWell plan tiers, how to manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade, add payment methods, and download invoices and receipts.

Overview

Your DramWell subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you selected at signup. All billing is managed from Settings > Billing, which is accessible only to users with the Owner role.

Managing Your Subscription

Viewing your current plan

Go to Settings > Billing. Your current plan, renewal date, and next invoice amount are shown at the top of the page.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan.
  2. Select the plan you want to move to.
  3. Review the prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period.
  4. Click Confirm Upgrade.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your new plan limits and features are available right away and you are charged a prorated amount for the days remaining in the current period.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Change Plan.
  2. Select the lower-tier plan.
  3. Review what features will be removed.
  4. Click Confirm Downgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access to your current plan until then.

Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Your account remains active until the end of the paid period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Export your data before cancelling if you need to keep it.


Payment Methods

DramWell accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers (US accounts only).

Adding a payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.
  2. Click Add Payment Method.
  3. Enter your card or bank details. Card data is tokenized by Stripe and never stored on DramWell servers.
  4. Click Save.

Setting a default payment method

If you have multiple payment methods on file, click Set as Default next to the one you want used for automatic renewals.


Invoices and Receipts

All invoices are generated automatically on your renewal date and emailed to the billing contact on file. You can download any past invoice as a PDF:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Invoice History.
  2. Find the invoice and click Download PDF.

To change the billing contact email, go to Settings > Billing > Billing Contact and update the address.


Failed Payments

If a payment fails, DramWell retries the charge after 3, 7, and 14 days. You will receive an email after each failed attempt with a link to update your payment method. If the charge fails on all retries, your account is downgraded to a limited-access state until payment is resolved. No data is lost during this period.
