Creating Your Account
How to sign up for DramWell, verify your email, set up your organization, choose your vertical, and complete the initial configuration wizard.
Overview
Getting your DramWell account live takes about 10 minutes. This article covers the full signup flow from initial registration through the configuration wizard that tailors the platform to your business.
Step 1 — Sign Up
Navigate to app.dramwell.ai and click Get Started. Enter your work email address and choose a strong password, then click Create Account.
You will receive a verification email from noreply@dramwell.ai within a few minutes. Click the Verify Email button in that email to confirm your address. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or click Resend verification email on the confirmation screen.
Step 2 — Create Your Organization
After verifying your email, you are prompted to create your organization. This is the top-level container for all your data, users, and settings.
Fill in the following:
- Organization name — your company's legal or trading name
- Industry — the primary vertical your business operates in
- Country and timezone — used for billing cycles, reporting, and scheduled communications
Your organization name appears on customer-facing documents such as invoices and appointment confirmations, so enter it exactly as you want customers to see it.
Step 3 — Choose Your Vertical
DramWell is organized into three verticals. Select the one that best describes your business:

|---|---|
| DramTrade | Home services — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair |
| DramGuest | Hospitality — hotels, resorts, boutique properties, and experience operators |
| DramPulse | Marketing & communications — multi-location brands, franchise operators |
Your vertical determines which modules are enabled by default and which pre-built workflows are surfaced during setup. You can enable additional verticals later from Settings > Verticals.
Step 4 — Complete the Configuration Wizard
After selecting your vertical, the setup wizard guides you through the minimum configuration needed to start using the platform. Steps vary by vertical but generally cover:
For DramTrade:
- Company address and service area ZIP codes
- Service catalog — the types of work you perform
- Invite at least one technician
For DramGuest:
- Property name, address, and check-in/check-out defaults
- Room or experience catalog
- Connect your property management system (optional)
For DramPulse:
- Brand profile — name, logo, and primary color
- Communication channels — SMS, email, or both
- Connect your first location
Complete each step in the wizard and click Finish Setup. You can return and update any of these settings at any time under Settings.
After Setup
Once the wizard completes, you land on your main dashboard. From here you can:
- Invite additional team members under Settings > Team
- Configure AI agents under AI Agents
- Connect integrations under Settings > Integrations
- Review your plan and billing under Settings > Billing
