Overview

DramTrade connects to the tools your business already depends on — accounting, fleet management, payment processing, reviews, and direct mail. Each integration is designed to eliminate manual data transfer: invoices sync to your accounting platform automatically, vehicle locations inform dispatch decisions, and payment records flow both directions without reconciliation work.

Xero — Accounting Sync

Xero is DramTrade's primary accounting integration. Once connected, invoices, payments, and customer records stay in sync automatically.

Connecting Xero

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Xero.
  2. Click Connect to Xero — you will be redirected to Xero's OAuth authorization screen.
  3. Select the organization to link and authorize.
  4. Map your DramTrade service categories to Xero account codes.
  5. Choose a sync direction: one-way (DramTrade → Xero) or two-way.

Sync Behavior

Invoices sync to Xero when they reach Sent status. Payments sync within minutes of being processed through Stax. If a sync fails, a notification appears in Settings > Integrations > Xero > Sync Log with the error and a manual retry option.

Tax codes are mapped during setup. Consult your accountant before enabling two-way sync on an existing Xero organization with historical data.

Geotab — Fleet Management

The Geotab integration pulls real-time vehicle location and trip data into DramTrade's dispatch board.

What It Enables

  • Live vehicle positions on the dispatch map — see where every technician is right now
  • Trip history — review the route taken for any job
  • ETA calculations — driving time estimates use actual GPS position, not home address
  • Odometer and engine hours — surface vehicle maintenance needs alongside job scheduling

Connecting Geotab

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Geotab.
  2. Enter your Geotab MyGeotab database name, username, and password.
  3. DramTrade fetches the vehicle list. Map each vehicle to a technician profile.
  4. Save. Vehicle locations appear on the dispatch map within a few minutes.

GPS data refreshes every 30 seconds while vehicles are active.

Stax — Payment Processing

Stax is DramTrade's embedded payment processor, handling all card and ACH transactions. The integration is pre-configured for all DramTrade accounts — no separate setup is required to begin taking payments.

  • Card-present via Bluetooth card reader (in-field collection)
  • Card-not-present (office or phone)
  • ACH bank transfer (2–3 business day settlement)
  • Payment links (hosted checkout, no login required)
  • Recurring billing (memberships)
  • Refunds and voids from the invoice screen

Payout Schedule

Funds from card transactions settle to your linked bank account on a next-business-day basis by default. ACH transactions settle in 2–3 business days. Payout history is visible under Settings > Integrations > Stax > Payouts.

Card Reader Setup

Order a Stax Bluetooth card reader through Settings > Integrations > Stax > Hardware. Pair the reader to the DramTrade mobile app and it is ready for field use immediately.

Google Reviews — Review Sync

The Google Reviews integration automatically requests reviews after a job is completed and surfaces new reviews in DramTrade for monitoring and response.

Review Request Automation

After a job is marked Complete, DramTrade waits a configurable delay (default: 2 hours) and sends the customer an SMS with a direct link to your Google Business Profile review page. The message uses a template you define under Settings > Integrations > Google Reviews.

You can exclude specific customers (e.g., those who expressed dissatisfaction) by adding a Do Not Review tag to their profile.

Review Dashboard

Go to Communications > Reviews to see all incoming Google reviews, their star rating, and the full text. Reply to reviews directly from DramTrade — replies post to Google within minutes via the Google Business Profile API.

Direct Mail — PostGrid and LettrLabs

For physical mail campaigns — postcards, letters, and handwritten-style notes — DramTrade integrates with PostGrid and LettrLabs.

Sending a Direct Mail Campaign

  1. Go to Communications > Campaigns > New Campaign and select Direct Mail as the channel.
  2. Choose PostGrid (postcards and letters) or LettrLabs (handwritten-style notes).
  3. Select a design template or upload your artwork (PostGrid) / compose your note (LettrLabs).
  4. Define your audience and confirm mailing addresses are on file.
  5. Review the per-piece cost and estimated delivery window.
  6. Activate. DramTrade submits the order and tracks delivery status.
